Custom Finders

It is easy to let business logic creep into controllers, and even into views, but it is best kept in models. One technique for doing so is to eliminate any finds that are in the least bit complex from controllers, and instead add custom finder methods to models. The controller can then simply call the model method, and all the specifics of how to perform the specific find are encapsulated in the model.
